Dealers who display the emblem at left are indicating that a "homeowner rating"
is available concerning their workmanship. A rating certificate (see sample below) is
updated monthly and provides detailed information compiled from warranty registration
questionnaires (Homeowner's Transferable Limited Warranty™) on jobs
completed in recent months. Dealers are provided with copies of their certificates and those
certificates are also visible on this site through the dealer finder. Included are three
primary scores plus additional details which are defined in the sample certificate below.

Dealers who display the HR Gold™ emblem at left are indicating that their
"homeowner rating" has attained a benchmark standard; an indication of high quality workmanship.
Like Homeowner Rated™, the HR Gold™ rating is
compiled from warranty registration questionnaires (Homeowner's Transferable Limited
Warranty™) on jobs completed in recent months and is displayed in a monthly
updated certificate. Dealers are provided with copies of their certificates and those
certificates are also visible on this site through the dealer finder.
To achieve HR Gold™ status, the dealer's three primary scores must exceed the scores
listed on the sample certificate below.
